How do I submit my run on the day?

You do not need to submit a run on event day in order to receive your medal. We have many people who choose to do the run a couple of days later or before, as that work with their current training plan, and we encourage this.

If you would like to submit a run on the day then:

On your profile there will be a page called My Fitness ActivityOn this page you will be able to upload your training either manually or via an associated app.

How much does it cost to enter?
